MyNearby provides a platform to facilitate restaurant reservations. We do not guarantee availability or service quality at any third-party venue. You are responsible for honoring your reservation or canceling it in accordance with the restaurant's policy.
You may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All content on our platform, including logos, text, and software, is the property of MyNearby or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyNearby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
